		<description>You can make mayo last for much longer if you had whey (not the poweder but real whey). It doesn&#039;t change the flavor but just helps naturally preserve it for a few weeks. Also, how do you end up with white mayo. It is the same in Mark&#039;s cookbook. I&#039;ve made mayo a dozen times and it is always a nice creamy yellow.</description>
